Job Descriptions:

The primary responsibility of this position is to work with cross-functional team and suppliers to manage multiple projects including schedules, budgets, risks, and changes to meet project requirements and customer commitments.

l Develop project plan, schedule and budget.

l NPI and Sustaining Project tracking, change control, resource and spending management.

l Communicate critical issues; Manage project risks and conflicts.

l Monitor the progress of the project and ensure adherence to requirements and committed schedules.

l Manage and improve development, project management and product realization process.

l Manage gate review of product life cycle.

l Participate and drive continuous improvement activities for the assigned products (including both technical and process initiatives).

Requirements:

l The candidate should possess a Bachelor's or Master degree in Engineering, science or business administration related filed.

l At least 5 years experiences in engineering project management

l Familiar with blade design, debugging, test, and regulatory requirements based on Telecommunication industry standard

l Demonstrated project management leadership and excellent interpersonal skills, great problem solving skills, and executions.

l Ability to work with marketing, OPS and cross-functional team to develop project plan, budget, and requirements

l Strong experience with project tracking, change control and risk management

l Ability to lead the meetings with cross-functional team and suppliers

l Experience on product life cycle process and resource management

l Experience on MS project, MS office, Excel, Power Point and other project management tools

l Demonstrated good analytical, verbal, and written communication skills in English and Chinese.

l Strong process orientation, highly organized and self-starter.

l Creative and innovative on product and process development.
