1. Provide DFT review and DFT metrics support in NPI phase, drive desgin team and EMS to get DFT conclusion, and ensure DFT result can be adopted into product design timely

2. Calculate and review the test coverage of all structure test stations (Flying Probe, AOI, AXI, ICT, Boundary Scan, etc.), and ensure their test implementation

3. Review Structural Test Plan and test process from EMS if necessary

4. Support ECO implementation and BOM review which will affect ICT

5. Maintain DFT tool by ensuring it is in step with current technologies and products

6. Govern ICT Test fixture design and delivery with quality in both EMS and 3^rd ICT vendors

7. Develop Board and System Functional Test Plan, and review it with Design/Validation teams

8. Define test process, test fixtures and tools used for Production and Service

9. Write test program, diagnost utilities and test scripts for Functional Test, Burn-In and HASS

10. Follow test development process to develop, debug and release test package into test server and HostPC

11. Deliver Test plan and Test Instruction into production ,and ensure they are executable there

12. Support test and debug in Production line when NPI build, and work as primary technical window to HW, SW, SIT and PM

13. Improve test yield and test stability, and ensure test capacity is controllable

14. Can work as team lead to drive Jr engineers and EMS test engineers to get result

15. Govern both Structural Test and Functional Test status at EMS and ODM partners, and ensure their processes are consistent

Requirements

1.Engineering or equivalent

2. Minimum 10 year experience in test development field. Rich functional test development at PCBA and/or System level (coding and debug experience is a must). Telecommunications & Networking knowledge is a plus

3. Strong ICT development knowledge and experience

4. Strong hardware/system programming experience – using Python, Perl, bash scripts, C, C++ in Linux environment

5. Strong knowledge in PC architecture & hardware. Experience in BIOS/firmware development and debug is a plus

6. Strong written & verbal communication skills in English

7. Experience working in OEM environment
