Job Title:Senior Field Application Engineer (FAE) - China
Job Location: Shenzhen, China
Reporting: Reports to FAE/AE Manager

Job Description
The following is an itemized list of responsibilities:
? Provide support to customers throughout China with the design of their payment, security and authentication products.
? Assist in troubleshooting and solving hardware and software problems that customers report relating to the various company product lines. This may include travel to customer sites and performing lab work on their systems.
? Assist in the development and design of boards (which may be standard demonstration/evaluation/development boards or customer specific solutions) to aid customer’s development process and achieve reduced time to market.
? Support Kili Sales and its distributors in winning new business in China.
? Collect competitive information and share it with Kili marketing and application team.
? Collect customer specifications, system requirements and architecture and communicate them to Kili marketing and applications team.
? Respond to customer questions in a timely manner.
? Coordinate responses to customers with Kili applications team and FAE manager.
? Learn and build expertise in Kili products from a hardware, firmware and certification perspectives
? Provide feedback to Kili on customer comments on Kili documentation and evaluation kit.
? Help customers design systems that meet Kili system requirements for performance and certification and meet their design completion schedule.


Job Requirements
? Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent from a reputable Chinese university.
? 5+ years embedded SW development experience.
? Expertise in C and C++ programming languages.
? Experience as asystem engineer, application engineer or design engineeris highly desired
? Experience with RF design.Working experience with NFC technology or other RF technology such as RFID is highly desired.
? Knowledge of EMV or PCI PTS certification requirements is a big plus.
? Good written and verbal fluency in English is highly desired. Must be able to translate from Mandarin and explain customer requirements, questions and issues in English both verbally and in writing.
