Job description
One of the eminent hedge funds in China which dates back to late-1990’s on Wall Street, is seeking an Administrative Assistant, to help the firm grow in its international business and also act as a Receptionist.
Salary: Base + Performance Bonus
Location: Shenzhen, Guangdong, PRC
Job Type: Full time
Responsibilities:
1.Answer and direct all incoming & outgoing calls through the front desk
2.Organize guest appointments and meetings
3.Work on international projects that advance the goals of the team and department
4.Prepare presentations, due diligence reports and letters to external counterparts in English;
5.Communicate efficiently (face-to-face, phone, email) with the team members but also with internal as well as external clients
6.Maintain internal documents and files
7.Perform other work-related duties as assigned
8.Ad hoc projects upon request
Requirements
1.Eligible to work in China, by the firm’s assistance
2.English mother tongue and excellent written skills in English
3.Intermediate-level fluency in Mandarin required
4.Excellent proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
5.Very good analytical and interpersonal skills
6.Ability to focus and work effectively in a fast-paced changing environment
7.Ability to prioritize, multi-task and follow through on assignments
8.Strong self-motivation and flexibility
9.1 - 2 years relevant experience, financial industry a plus
10.Bachelor’s degree
