Job Role & Responsibility
1.Formulates sales strategy for assigned territory or accounts, develop sales forecast, budget and manpower plans
2.Exceed revenue and margin targets, while also meeting expense forecasts
3.Enhance and position for prime opportunities by pre-selling the company’s capabilities and solutions, and gathering information that will make the company’s approach better than the competitor’s approaches
4.Develops strategic relationships with existing and potential accounts and drive customer satisfaction
5 Establish and maintain effective & constructive relationships with clients, earning trust & respect through demonstrating a consistent commitment to exceed expectations

Requirements
1. Strong academic background. University Degree
2. At least 2 years sales management experience in the OEM/ODM or EMS Service area with preferable presence at home application industry.
3.Strong commercial acumen with evidence of developing, negotiating and maintaining business
4.Ability to develop and maintain strong, productive relationships with customers, partners and other external organisations
5.Must thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented, collaborative, matrixed environment
6 English proficiency is a must.
