Key Responsibilities:

·Own and drive the repair and maintenance of manufacturing equipment effectively, focusing on electrical control troubleshooting and preventative maintenance
·Work with Process and Production team on projects to continuously improve machine safety, capability and capacity
·Partner with production team to ensure regular PM in place, achieve machine unplanned down time target
·Participate in machine installation, debugging and validation
·Develop machine PM plan, troubleshooting procedure and instruction, provide training to other technicians and operators
·Prepare reasonable spare parts, tools and materials to fulfill the need of installation, modification, PM and troubleshooting
·File machine troubleshooting & maintenance record, modification drawing and project reports

Requirements:

College or above on Electrical Engineering, Automation Control, etc
At least 5 years troubleshooting and maintenance experience on complex auto-control machine, work experience in rolling goods industry: textile, paper, tape, film, plastic sheet are prefered.
Rich knowledge and experience on motor drives, sensors measurement and control
Understand well technical English (read and write)
Good PLC & HMI programming skill.
Strong problem solving skill
Good observation & hands on skill
Self-motivated, high ownership
Passionate, positive work attitude
Team work spirit.
Able to work in shift.
