Job Description
1. Develop and manage marketing strategy and budget to meet both short-term and long-term company objectives.
2. Lead internal team members and agencies where appropriate to execute all communication activities and public relations including but not limited to marketing materials, advertising, partnership development, direct mail, marketing events, press releases, web site management etc.
3. Create, evaluate and negotiate the marketing campaigns. Manage tracking, reporting and analysis of marketing campaigns and programs.
4. Build, develop and motivate a strong marketing support team to ensure the company reaches goals through diversified marketing channels.
5. Lead the team to design and execute market research and analysis on competitors, potential markets and market trends.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external key stakeholders by ensuring proper messages of company beliefs, values and representation are conveyed.
7. Contribute to the total effectiveness of the company, communicating openly, solving problems proactively, offering creative ideas and working as a positive, engaged team member.

Requirements
1. University degree and above, major in business, marketing, communication or related fields.
2. 10+ years working experience in marketing function including more than 3 years in management position.
3. Marketing management and strategic planning experience.
4. Detail-oriented with ability to manage projects from inception through execution.
5. Good analytical skills and sense of responsibility.
6. Good English skills in both written and spoken.
