Key Responsibilities

• Work with manufacturing, business, and technical associates, bring current technology into operations, ensure the products made on the plant are fitness for use and meet our quality criteria
• Understand, measure and document our products and processes, lead innovative activities and projects to continuously improve product and process for safety, regulatory, ergonomic, environment, quality, capacity, efficiency, and cost impacts
• Document procedures and troubleshooting guidance, educate and train the manufacturing associates, provide day to day support for the manufacturing floor, ensure good manufacturing practices and high quality standards in place
• Partner with associates across other functions to introduce new and derivative products to manufacturing, verify new products capability, throughput, and conformance to specifications
• Work with design engineers to develop, install and validate new equipment
• Partner with global PE resources to transfer and improve processes and products
• Document your work with reports, tech notebooks, quality system and presentations

Requirments:

• Engineering degree, B.S. or advanced. Minimum 3 years process engineering experience in world-class multinational manufacturing
• Working knowledge of Design of Experiments(DOE) and Statistical Process Control(SPC)
• Good documentation and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proven problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Good hands-on approach with strong mechanical skills, willing to work with machine
• Fluency in English, written and verbal
• Good observation skill,detail-oriented and logic thinking
• Self-motivated, high ownership
• Passionate, positive work attitude
• Open mind, willing to learn
• Be able to travel globally as needed, and flexible to interact effectively with multiple locations in different time zones.
