Job description:

1.Primary interface between customer and supplier for new sample qualification;

2.Review customer specs with vendor for samples submission;

3.Resolve all samples submission issue and work with QA for internal ModusLink FAI certification;

4.Submit samples to customer for FAI submission with the primary goal of ensuring samples meet

customer launch/EC requirements;

5.Work with SQE, Sourcing team for any issues with suppliers to meet FAI / NPI requirements;

6.Develop suppliers to understand customer expectations to improve NPI overall execution;

7.Strengthen and improve NPI process;

8..Be the core team to understand all customer requirements.
