岗位要求：1、本公司为外企，要求英语必须听说写熟练；

2、本科以上学历；

3、有珠宝行业人事工作经验者优先；

职位描述：

1.人事行政制度与流程的建立、完善、日常实施与管控；

Develop and implement HR programs, recruitment, training, compensation and benefits, interventions and processes in support of business goals;

2．部门团队内的工作调配与日常管理；

Provide coaching and development for HR team and build a culture of strong leadership, continuing learning and high efficiency for our team members;

3、按照需求进行人员配置、招聘，员工入离职管理；

Lead and manage day-to-day recruiting efforts/resources and talent searching for current and future workforce requirement;

4、薪酬核定与变动管理，考勤的日常监控管理，社保、公积金等办理；

Organizing the payroll, salary and social insurance; inspect daily attendance;

5、员工关系管理，减少不必要的法律风险；

Build health relationship with the employee, in case of legal risk;

6．公司行政相关成本预算执行并控制行政费用；

Control the expense of HR dept;

7．外来人员接待工作，外籍人员的居留办理；

In charge of the receptionist job ,and apply India staff's working visa;

8.定期检查公司办公环境、公司安全、消防等后勤保障工作办公设施, 宿舍及其他固定资产情况；

In charge of facility maintenance , security job and dormitory;

9.办公室及工厂设施清洁工作、安全生产的监控及检查；

In charge of the facility maintenance and cleaning job& inspect the safety production;

10.证照管理：总公司及各分子公司证照的管理及各类手续办理，确保证照的有效性；

Apply and renew and yearly check the company certification & licence;

11. 负责员工关怀活动/年会的策划/组织,企业文化建设；

Planning for festival and yearly party & the building of enterprise culture;

12.相关部门关系维护与问题解决；

Coordinate with regional administrative department and provide proper solution;

13.车辆管理：司机管理、车辆使用安排，车辆日常使用情况监督与车辆维护监督；

Arrange the daily usage for car and control the cost;

14.定期汇报工作；

Responsible to submit all kinds of HR report upon Manager's request;

15.其他需要办理事项。

Other business need handle.

我公司每天工作8小时，国家规定之法定节假日休息，公司除按法定的婚假给予员工外，还给予来回的路途假，春节假期高达18天，另外公司提供工作日中餐、加班餐补，为员工投养老、工伤、医疗、失业保险等。
