职位一：服务工程师

Position Title 职位: Field Service Engineer

Job Location 工作地: SHPD

Report to: Technical Service Manager

Key Responsibilities:

·Install, commission and maintain liquid food processing or packaging equipment 安装,调试,维护加工或灌装设备

·Stand by for emergency and break down calls 随时准备处理紧急情况

·Conduct production supervision and operator training at customer site 为客户提供生产督导,及技术培训

·Problem investigation and trouble shooting 设备故障诊断及排除

Key Requirements:

·Bachelor degree or above in electrical, or automation, or mechanical engineering 大学本科, 机械或电气或自动化专业

· 3-5 years of practical experience in similar duties with good hands-on skills. 3-5年相关实际工作经验

· Work experience in PLC programming, electrical design will be a plus 会PLC编程及电气设计者优先考虑

·Good command of English and computer skills良好的英文及计算机水平

·Genuine interest in techniques and customer service with focus on quality对技术怀有兴趣, 并注重为客户提供服务的质量

·Willing to travel extensively in China 愿频繁出差

职位二：自动化服务工程师

Job title: Automation Service Engineer

Responsibilities:
？ Plant Automation engineering handover including automation archiving, technical
files preparing, system and program taking in.
？ Automation in-house engineering including automation specification, hardware
configuration, function description and programming
？ Automation on-site commissioning, trouble and upgrading
？ Plant Automation investigation and optimization
？ Customer plant automation caring activities
？ Liquid food plant applications Research & Development

Requirements:
？ Bachelor degree or above, Major in Automation, Computer or correlated
？ At least 2 years automation experience, preferable experienced in Siemens or
AB PLC system
？ Experience of database is priority
？ Good prioritizing and planning skill
？ Proficiency in written & spoken English and computer skills
？ Frequent travelling will be required


职位三：测试工程师

Department: Host Function-SCO CE

Report To: Production Manager

Functional Description:

Timely completion of quality and quantity of the production tasks

Responsibilities:

• To do the assembly, test and packing of filling machine by following SOP
• To do trouble shooting and non-conformity material escalation
• Create and update assembly & test manual
• Identify and solve complex technical problems that are not immediately evident in internal production

Requirements:

• University degree or above, majored in Mechanical Engineering
• At least 3 years experience from manufacture industry in a production environment
• Familiar with assembly tools, crane and SOP, know assembly principle and process
• Good knowledge on Production, Assembly, Electrical, Hydraulic and Automation
• Strong logical thinking and communication skill
• Fluent in English both in reading, oral and written
