Job Title: National Sales Manager

Job Duty：

1. Achieve the AOP of the sales volume and profit

2. Be in charge of the daily management of the sales department

3. Participates in the preparation and monitoring of overall sales strategies and the development of marketing programs

4. Establish the sales strategies

5. Be in charge of the coordination with various departments inside and outside the Company

6. Accomplish other works designated by the General Manager.

Job location: Shanghai

Qualification:
- University’s degree in Business or related field
- Good English, both written and spoken
- At least 8 years experience in sales position，at lease 3 years experience in the position of sales manager
- Parts industry, Chemistry industry or Lubrication industry is preferred

- Strong team work.

要求

1. 贸易和相关专业大学及以上学历

2. 良好的英文听说读写能力

3. 至少8年销售工作经验， 至少3年销售经理实际管理工作经验。

4. 有零件、化工或润滑油行业背景的优先考虑

5. 有良好的沟通技巧和团队合作精神
