岗位职责：
1、配合公司推广计划，负责公司网站和产品的创意与实现设计，负责公司相关网站整体美工设计与制作，并定期更新；
2、负责公司网站前端页面实现，协调技术开发人员，完成最终产品页面呈现；
3、负责网站用户界面交互效果的实现，提高网站用户体验，优化网站用户体验，通过前端的工作提高产品的用户体验；
4、负责英文B2C第三方平台产品图片处理，包括图片制作和修改、广告条的设计；
5、负责EDM内容及对应着陆页设计制作；
6、负责促销活动页面设计制作，网站重要专题页面的策划、设计与切图；
7、为SEO、CPC、SNS部门提供多媒体内容设计素材；
8、负责将设计图转化成静态页面及静态页面的DIV+CSS优化工作。
任职要求：
1、精通Photoshop、Dreamwaver、Flash、Firefox、Illustrator等网页和平面设计工具；
2、精通HTML、CSS、JavaSpript，了解W3C，用简洁标准的代码高效精确还原设计稿；
3、熟悉ZENCART、MAGENTO等程序优先；
4、能迅速将PSD、PNG的内容构思成div+css或者table等HTML代码；
5、熟悉各种浏览器兼容性调整(如ie6、ie7、ie8、ff、Chrome等)；
6、熟悉页面架构和布局，对Web标准和标签语义化有深入理解；
7、大专及以上学历，2或3年以上Web前端设计经验。
8、大学英语四级以上或相当水平，良好的英语读写能力优先。
