岗位职责：
1.通过在线聊天工具、Email与客户沟通，解决客户对产品的疑问和对下单程序的疑问等；
2.负责及时解决客户问题、定期进行回访，对本职工作中的文件形成文档，并有效管理；
3.对客户提出的换货、退货、退款的问题进行处理，确保信息流通的及时性；
4.负责对客户信息的收集、汇总以及组织对顾客满意程度进行评估，确定顾客的需求与潜在需求；
5.主动与客户进行联系、跟进，并最终完成产品的二次销售，多次销售。达到销售目标；
6.老客户信息的整理归档；通过电话或邮件的方式进行回访以便有效地维护老客户；
7.负责订单处理等日报表工作；
8.做好付款风控及管理工作。
任职要求：
1、大专以上学历，英语或国际贸易等相关专业，英语四级以上，听读说写流利；
2、工作认真负责，较细心、耐心、具有良好的客户服务意识及团队合作精神；
3、工作细心，责任心强，具有良好的沟通能力及协调能力；
4、优秀的心理素质和抗压能力，能适应快节奏高效率的工作环境；
5、熟练操作常用办公软件，中英文打字熟练；
6、对英文电子商务工作有兴趣，优秀应届毕业生亦可。
