职位描述
1、负责公司淘宝商城的整体效果装修，配合活动的广告宣传设计工作,包括网站的布局、内容的分布、图文的搭配、字体及颜色的协调，整个网页色调的搭配；
2、负责商品的设计和美化，包括图片修改和制作、动画、动态广告条等的设计等；
3、适量参与店铺日常管理，比如商品的发布、属性修改、上下架、违规降权产品后续处理、店铺页面优化改进、活动申请等。
4、完成公司分配的其他工作。
任职要求
1、熟练掌握Photoshop，Flash，Illustrator等基本图形软件及制作软件；有较强的美术功底和摄影技术。
2、对网店网页架构有一定的理解，注重关联销售在网页设计中的应用。对网站宝贝详情页的优化，有自己独到的理解。
3、耐心、细心、踏实，热情，有良好的客服意识，具有团队合作精神和很强的沟通能力。
4、计算机操作熟练，打字速度快，了解并认同淘宝工作环境，能承受一定的工作压力。
5、具备自我学习能力以及有稳定性，能承受较强工作压力，有强烈责任感；
6、具有淘宝美工经验者优先，有数码电玩行业工作经验优先。
