Responsibilties:
- Support SBM to develop annual marketing strategy and plan to deliver business target for assigned segment - Assist SBM to assigned segment product portfolio and pricing strategy development and ensure proper field implementation to achieve the business goal.

- Closely work with advertising agencies to ensure high quality implementation of the campaigns (including creative development, media planning and execution) within agreed budgets and time constraints.

- Help manage the media planning agency to ensure agreed media quality and KPI delivered

- Support marketing manager to manage and track marketing expenditure within agreed budgets for identified segment and recommends action to correct any variance from the plan

Requirments:
- Bachelor degree with business related majority. Minimum of 5 years brand marketing background in multi-national company. Solid experience in product innovation and communication. Strong experience in digital will be a plus.
- Fluent in English and skilful in MS office.
- Have good strategic thinking. Be creative. Strong ownership.
- Be able to take leadership and be self-motivated.
- Ability to work under pressure and be an effective team leader for business team.
- Strong project management, communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in oral and written English, and skilful in MS office.
