Responsibilities:
Assist / support brand manager on ATL marketing activities, esp on digital campaign, as well as new product development for P and mid tier emulsion segment, to ensure that brand and business objectives are met.
? Develop effective communication campaign to drive brand conversion and build differentiated master brand
? Implements communication plan mainly on digital campaign
? Assistance of communication material development.
? Support brand manager to implement new product development
? Daily manage one 4A agency,one media agency,one digital agency and several local agencies on project basis.
? Monthly sales performance tracking and follow up action plan
? Monthly A&P tracking and support

Requirements:
Bachelor degree with business related majority; At least 3 year marketing related experiences in international company, digital marketing experience is a must
