Job Responsibilities:
In this position you will be responsible for leading the school's effort in developing a coherent alumni relations strategy, including:
? Developing and integrating SAIF's alumni relations strategy across all programs
? Working with other colleagues to organize alumni events
? Developing and supporting a coordinated approach to alumni communications and network building
? Managing and updating SAIF alumni database
? Providing resources to help alumni further their career development
? Raising the profile and influence of SAIF through alumni engagement
? Encouraging alumni to give back in various forms for SAIF's continued growth
Job Requirements:
? Master degree, MBA preferred;
? 10+ years experiences in customer relationship management or related. A solid career track record is desirable;
? Working creatively, thinking analytically and customer service oriented ;Outstanding interpersonal and communication (both written and oral) skills and ability to influence others, fluency in English highly desirable;
? Well organized and detail oriented person with excellent team work skills and spirits;
? Ability to handle projects independently with minor supervising.
