1 General Description

Work independently, or as an integral part of a project team, to develop pricing models, conduct simulations, perform ad-hoc analyses, design and produce analytic reports to solve business problems.

2 Specific Accountabilities

? Sales support and business development e.g. RFQ, building pricing model
? Management account reporting
? Identify best known methods and develop solution kit for sales
? Risk Management
? Support the senior business analysts to analyze data and associate it with meaningful business figure and prepare proposal/presentation
? Responsible for preparing regular reports to management and monthly sales pipeline reporting
? Support operation to achieve full efficiency using tools such as Operation Research Methods
? Compile monthly Key Performance Indicator report both internal and for suppliers.
? Managing sub-contractors’ contract for Logistics Centre
? Assist BD & Commercial to achieve continuous profit improvement across all accounts and Logistics Department
? Assist the BD & Commercial to manage the contract with customers and subcontractors
? Assessing value-to-money of service providers
? Liaise with Logistics Managers and Credit Control Department to improve DSO
? Perform any special /ad-hoc duties / projects as assigned by the management

3 Skills Required

? Strong interest in using data for business insight
? Ability in learning and applying analytical skills for business analysis, strong programming skills is a plus
? Familiarity with statistical and analytical tools
? Excellent English communication (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills

4 Experience and Qualifications

? Above college degree in finance or accounting related major
? More than 3 years similar accounting experience in Logistics industry
