工作内容：

建立和保持一个专业有序的办公环境，满足员工和公司的需要。

办公室基础设施管理和维护包括（电脑，电话，打印机，文具，名片，钥匙，快递，传真……）。

员工服务包括机票、火车票、酒店的预定。

供应商管理。

文档管理。

办公室和员工的安全管理包括门禁卡的管理。

执行公司的相关政策和流程。

礼貌准确地接听和转接电话，访客的接待。

部分人事管理的支持， 包括简历筛选、面试通知、入职流程和员工活动等。

人力资源经理交办的其他事务。

职位要求：

大专以上学历，英文良好。

无工作经验要求，应届生可申请。

熟悉电脑操作系统 (Word, Excel, Outlook)。

懂得如何有礼貌地接听电话和接待来访客人。

具有独立工作能力和学习能力。

良好的协调、组织和沟通能力。

团队合作精神。

客户导向，乐于助人，耐心，有工作热情。
