-For our Healthcare Sector in ShenZhen,we are looking for a (CV)Material Management and Warehouse Supervisor（仓库主管）.

What are my responsibilities?

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for receiving goods form forwarder as well as unpacking goods according to given requirements.

- Providing and receiving the goods to and from the warehouse (external/internal) as well as material supply to the production line. This includes the management of re-usable packaging .

- Coordinate and perform Kanban supply (e.g. for Bulk Materials).

- Coordinate and perform the incoming goods inspection according to given plans and guidelines. Coordinate clarifications in case of deviations.

- Set up, coordinate and manage the internal warehouse and logistic area.

- Implementation of "world class" standard storage and material handling concepts e.g. Kanban supply, FIFO principle, expiry date check, handling of ESD and moisture sensitive parts.

- Coordinate the packaging of outgoing goods with the help of third party supplier according to given procedures and requirements, in conjunction with the Logistics department to provide the necessary documentation (e.g. delivery note, customs documents) from collection to hand over of goods to forwarder or internal customer.

- Create and archive relevant documentation for internal material hand over, shipping/receipt of goods including incoming goods inspection.

- Responsible for physical inventory accuracy to ensure it is aligned with stock shown in warehouse system (e.g. SAP). Coordinate and perform inventory stock checks. In case of deviation initiate and perform counter measures.

- Perform booking of the goods in SAP (incoming and stock movements).

- Management of a warehouse team including control of any external forwarder (inbound/outbound), external warehouse and/or packaging service.

- Follow up claims in the case of damage caused by transportation.

- Optimism and implement improvements in material flow, warehouse process as well as incoming goods inspections.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

Requirement:

- 3-5 years’ experience in Warehousing is required

- Skills for structured material organization

- Be highly motivated, organized, and extremely detail oriented.

- Sense of order and cleanliness.

- Experience in material handling and warehousing of related material fields for electronic production preferred.

- Knowledge and capability of MS Office and Web applications

- SAP Knowledge in QM and MM is preferable

- Quality Management knowledge

- Customer orientated, Analysis capabilities, Good Communication skills, Team player

- Very good oral and written communication skills (English and Mandarin business fluent)

- Ability to review and understand technical drawings and specifications, (e.g. electronic components descriptions.)
