- For our Healthcare Sector in Shenzhen,we are looking for a (SSMR) (MR) Quality Engineer质量工程师(ZY).

What are my responsibilities?

Responsibilities:

- DCU (Designated Complaint Unit) / 客户抱怨处理

- Develop, establish, maintain and optimize a complaint handling process together with the process owner, including required certifications based on internal and external quality/regulatory related requirements and in alignment with the Siemens Process Framework. Ensure that Siemens requirements and the roles and responsibilities of Siemens QM are fulfilled./和流程负责人一起开发,建立和维护,并优化统一的抱怨处理流程,满足包括内部和外部质量法规认证的要求,及符合西门子流程框架.保证符合西门子质量角色和质量管理的职责--Centralized registration of all errors and customer complaints/集中登记所有错误和客户抱怨

- Categorization of complaints (Performance, Safety, Reportable)/抱怨分类（性能，安全，上报事件）--Triggering and follow-up of error-analysis and solutions for hardware and software topics via the involvement of the responsible development departments or suppliers/与相关研发部门或供应商合作触发与跟进硬件和软件的错误分析和解决方案

- Feedback towards complaint presenting party/给抱怨提出方反馈

- Trending and deficiency analysis/趋势和错误分析

- Reporting /上报

- Risk assessment for safety-relevant complaints and stipulation of countermeasures/对安全相关的抱怨和对策约定的风险评估

- Consult Siemens local regulatory affair colleague for reportable decision/请教西门子当地法规事务部的负责上报事件决议的同事

- Report to the authorities for reportable events in China/上报给中国负责上报事件的相关机构

- Regular internal assessments for complaint handling based on the mandatory elements of Siemens quality management guidelines. Direct report to the QM Manager with recommendation of improvement actions and their follow up controlling./根据西门子质量管理强制要素指南对抱怨处理进行例行的内部评估,并直接向质量经理汇报改进建议及改进措施跟踪情况.

- Provide efficient training of complaint handling process/提供抱怨处理流程的有效培训

- Product Monitor:/产品监控

- Monitor the key performance, such as DOA, Warranty Cost, Top 10 return, Service report, Service metrics, Quality cost, etc. /监控核心成绩，例如DOA，保修成本，返修前十位，服务报告，服务指标，质量成本

- Drive the necessary investigation and the actions /推动必要的调查和措施

- Review customer satisfaction survey result and follow the corresponding actions /评审客户满意度调查结果和跟进相应措施

- Review and monitor field modifications to ensure the quality of the installed base and correct communication with customer and 3rd parties. /评审和监控现场升级以保证安装场地的质量和与客户、第三方的准确沟通

- CRM Q-coach / 客户关系部门质量代表

What do I need to qualify for this job?

Requirement:

- Work Experience (3-5years)工作年限3-5年

- Experiences for medical device development, clinical application, or medical device manufacturing/医疗器械的开发,临床应用,或者医疗器械生产经验

- Experience for quality management/质量管理经验

- Quality management methods/statistical methods/质量管理和统计方法

- Benchmarking, audits, reviews, assessments/基准比较,审核,评审和评估方法

- Training skill/培训能力

- Perfect English/流利的英文

- Internal standards in divisions/熟悉内部标准

- Quality assurance know -how, product safety and risk management/熟悉质量管理,产品安全和风险管理

- Medical device product knowledge/医疗器械产品知识

- CHARM database/CHARM的使用

- Procedure & standards understanding (ISO9001, ISO13485, ISO14971,QSR, etc.)/程序和标准的理解

- Effective communication and coach skill/有效的沟通和指导技巧
