- For our Healthcare Sector in SHENZHEN,we are looking for a Facility Management Supervisor

What are my responsibilities?

- Responsible for planning & conducting all the infrastructure & facilities installations and maintenance and ensure the plant wide housekeeping and building in good conditions.

- Responsible for the renovation and expansion of the factory, support all facility activities related transfer of production lines.

- Lead green projects management of utilities consumption, cost saving of water, gas, electrical power and others.

- Lead the development of and provide leadership to achieve factory’s environment, health, safety (EHS) policy, goals and objectives with functions at the factory in order to ensure / improve overall EHS performance.

- Manage the facilities budget and contribute to the annual and 3-year business plans for the centre to ensure cost optimisation.

"Manage facility property (building, power, water supply, air-conditioner, compressor Air, Crane …) to keep in good condition, and cooperate with government on relative legal requirements.

- Ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day activities and resolution of issues quickly and effectively to maintain a safe and pleasant environment for customers

- Liaise with the Operations Director, providing proposals for all existing and new facilities contracts, in order that consistency is achieved and budget and expenditure is managed.

- Develop and communicate facilities management “Best Practice” and continue to look for new initiatives and changes to develop the business, protect the asset and optimise costs.

- Meet regularly with contractors, such as cleaning, security and on-site maintenance, to ensure standards are maintained and all tenants carry out their maintenance requirements in order to protect building and assets."

What do I need to qualify for this job?

- At least 3-5 years’ experience in management role

- Knowledge in the Quality Management System

- Strong Leadership and people management

- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills

- English required - Fluent (Listening & Speaking, Writing)

- Knowledge of local regulations and building controls authorities policies/procedures

- knowledge on related real state project and facility management

- Demonstrated leadership skills to direct team activity in problem solving

- Working knowledge and understanding of the financials of a project

- Knowledge of local vendors/contractors and their best practices

- Strong organizing skill and capability of cross-functional communication

- Computer skill in AutoCad, Excel, PPT etc.
