-For our Healthcare Sector in SHENZHEN,we are looking for a (SSMR)(AX)Purchasing engineer 采购工程师.

What are my responsibilities?

1.Sourcing

-Potential supplier market research , supplier and product development based on technical / quality/ cost requirements ;

-采购潜在供应商的寻找, 基于技术,质量,成本的综合需求开发符合要求的供应商和产品.

2.Commodity Strategies

-Implement Commodity strategies to ensure long-term, cost efficient supply of materials used on medical device. Materials include machining, casting, steel fabrication and sheet metal components etc. -产品策略执行物料采购策略,确保用于公司医疗产品的物料保持价格竞争力和长期稳定供应. 物料主要为机加工件,铸造件,钢加工件及冲压件等

3.Negotiations

-Prepare and conduct negotiations for medium to high Purchasing Volumes to obtain highest feasible savings.

-商务谈判准备及参与商务谈判取得最大限度的成本节约.

4.Savings and relevant KPI

-Generate, document and implement savings, e.g. CNI; plan, monitor and report on relevant KPI to contribute to the success of the business and make results transparent.

-成本节约及相关主要业绩指标生成,归档,执行采购成本节约措施. 例..统计成本节约的金额,生成项目计划,进度监控及汇报相关的主要业绩指标,为公司业务的成功作出贡献,同时各项数据的结果公开,透明.

5. Supplier management

-Support supplier management processes (e.g. qualification, selection, evaluation, development, classification); update supplier evaluation systems to obtain and develop the best suppliers and ensure transparancy.

6.供应商管理

-协助完成供应商管理流程 (例如:供应商资格认证,供应商选择,供应商评估,供应商发展,供应商分级等);持续更新供应商评估系统并由此系统评估出最佳供应商 同时保持该过程的公开透明.

Standardization

-Implement and ensure usage of globally defined methods, processes and systems to ensure high process efficiency and process compliance (e.g. compliant Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) process, Procurement guidelines, IT systems)

-标准化执行和使用公司全球定义的标准方法,流程和系统,确保高效率及符合这些标准流程(例如,符合采购付款流程,采购指导方针,采购信息系统等)

7.Customer Interface

-Ensure a close cooperation with Internal Customers (requisitioners) to ensure customer care and early involvement 内部协作

What do I need to qualify for this job?

-Experience in procurement , Supplier development , commodity management is preferred.

-know well procurement processes and related quality regulations .

-at least 3 years' procurement experience.

-working experience in multinational company preferred.
