职位描述
-For our Healthcare Sector in SHENZHEN,we are looking for a (SSMR)Customer Program Manager /客户代表.
What are my responsibilities?
1.Local single entry point for all operational topics (logistic, manufacturing, return/repair, etc.) after order confirmation (entry of any development, industrialization or manufacturing order).
2.Manages operational topics as follows but not limited to: •Forecast & demand planning •Ramp-up/ ramp-down planning for all products and changes •Supply chain concept optimization •Delivery schedules •Single point of order entry •Manages, coordinates, and monitors all aspects of delivery terms & conditions. Monitors all quality aspects and initiates counter actions.
3.As local single point of contact for all change requests from customers the customer program manager clarifies the completeness of Change Request data, stock management (local stocks, stock clearance, usage of old material), Field Replacble Units, time scheduling, effectivity dates (ramp-up, ramp-down).
4.Manages customer complaints proactively and coordinates escalations.
5.Responsible for the overall customer satisfaction.
6.Takes responsibility for the entire communication to customer and manages the internal communication flow.
7.Proactively takes over responsibility from customer project manager for all logistics topics during product introduction phase.
8.Ensures the information flow for all customer relevant topics to the internal stakeholders.
9.Communicates with other Customer Program Managers of same customer group with several locations globally.
10.Has a detailed overview about all development projects.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
1.Understanding of economical fundamentals.
2.Several years' professional experience in the field of production of complex electronic systems.
3.Expertise in supply chain development and optimization.
4.Familiar with SAP ERP knowledge.
5.Experience in customer relationship management.
6.Office Tools (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
7.Degree in engineering and economics is preferred.
8.Typically 3-5 years of successful experience in a directly related field (PCBA and complex electronic assembly supply or/and EMS) is preferred.
9.Outgoing personality and negotiation skills is preferred.
10.International orientation is essential, experience with international employers and customers, capabilities to operate in foreign culture preferred.
