-For our Healthcare Sector in SHENZHEN,we are looking for a (SSMR) (MR) Warehouse Keeper/仓库管理员 (SCM).

What are my responsibilities?

-"Accepting material from Goods Inwards and storing it in the warehouse area, taking into consideration laws and regulations (hazardous goods ordnance...)in order to ensure that quality is maintained in the storage of all components.

-严格遵循相关法律法规要求，接受来料,并存放于仓库区域。需要确保所有存储部件存储的品质保证。"

-"Posting the inwards and outwards movements in SAP with quantity and storage location as well as information about irregularities within the permit timeline, in order to insure correct inventory management and be able to provide active help. Follow the FIFO process.

-在SAP中及时进行物料出库和入库的帐务操作,确保物料帐务与实物的一致性。 需遵循先进先出流程。"

-"Removal from storage and commissioning of components and parts, taking into consideration laws and regulations (hazardous goods ordnance...),in order to ensure that they are supplied in good time to the receiving areas.

-物料的使用，移动，存储管理等需考虑国家法律法规相关要求（危险品管理等），以确保供应物料的及时性和可用性。"

-"Checking goods with regard to quantities, making visual checks and testing storage conditions such as temperature, humidity and storage environment or weight, size, type of goods stored,in order to ensure that the material is stored correctly and if necessary.

-检查来料的数量, 目测包装, 并检查存储环境.如温度,湿度等，以及物料的重量,尺寸,类型等存储要求. 保证所有物料的存放以及存放环境均符合合理，正确。"

-"Assembling and also preparing the necessary documentation and goods for dispatch/return transport,in order to support timely handling of the dispatch orders.

-"Helps with inventories stock taking,in order to verify correct inventory management.

-"Obtaining and passing on information and close cooperation with all those involved,in order to allow smooth movements of goods and create a good logistics chain.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

-At least 2 years work experience in warehouse management or in related functional areas. The work experience at multi-national company will be the plus。

-至少两年以上仓库管理或相关领域经验。具备跨国公司工作经验尤佳。

-Good ERP skills (SAP is preferred);

-具备ERP操作技能，具备SAP操作技能者尤佳。

-Good Microsoft office skills (Excel, word, etc.)

-熟悉Office办公软件.(Excel.word.等)。

-Basic commercial knowledge.

-具备基础商业知识。

-Good sense of responsibility. Cautious. Good communication skills, good team work spirit.

-具备良好的责任感，具备严谨，细致的工作态度, 具备良好的沟通技巧与团队合作意识。

-Be willing to take challenges and work under stress.

-愿意接受挑战与在压力环境工作。

-Basic English communication skills are needed (Oral/Writting/Listening).

-具备基本的英语技能(听,说,写等)。
