- For our Healthcare Sector in SHENZHEN,we are looking for a (SSMR)Quality Engineer.

What are my responsibilities?

1.SCM Q-Coach/SCM质量代表

-- Ensure implementation and controlling of quality gates on manufacturing process qualification. /保证质量要求在生产工艺评定过程中的实施和控制，质量门的把关。

-- Process quality problem analysis and improvement and reporting,follow up the correction of process deviation. Initiate data analysis and corrective & preventive actions if necessay. / 质量流程问题分析，改进和报告，后续纠正。必要时启动数据分析，纠正&预防措施。

-- Rview and release all concessions to gain a sustainable higher quality in production. If necessary , use authority to refuse production./ 评审和批准让步接收，以获得生产过程的高品质.必要时,行使拒绝权。

2.Change process quality coach:

--Mandatory attend the change control board and change plan meeting to evaluate whether the changes need to be reviewed, verification and validation. /参加更改控制会议和更改计划会议，评估更改是否需要回顾，验证和确认。

--Review the validation report if necessary. /必要时回顾验证报告。

--Control the CRs via SAP to ensure the change plan is correct and check all the activities are in compliance with the process. /通过SAP控制更改，以确保更改计划是正确的而且所有的行为遵循流程。

----CR monthly monitor report. /CR月度监控报告。

--Provide trainings for the CR process and how to handle the CR in SAP. /提供CR流程培训和如何在SAP操作CR。

3.'--Establish and improve CR process with HQMR, SMT, SSME and CV ME/SZ together, and improve Global CR process with PLM and SCM together. /同HQMR，SMT，SSME和CV ME/SZ 一起建立和提高CR流程，并且同PLM 和SCM一起提高全球CR流程。

--Regular internal assessments for change process based on the mandatory elements of Siemens quality management guidelines. Direct report to the QC Manager with recommendation of improvement actions and their follow up controlling. /基于西门子质量管理指导原则进行更改流程内部定期评估，直接向质量控制部经理汇报改进建议和后续的跟踪控制。

4."Magellan Q-Coach/麦哲伦项目质量代表

--Supporting and control the Global manfaucturing projects from quality and regulation point of view. /从质量和法规的角度支持与控制全球生产项目。

--Ensure implementation and controlling of quality gates to gain a sustainable higher quality in Magellan projects. If necessary, use authority to refuse, production, shipping and acceptance release. /保证质量要求的实施和控制,质量门的把关，以获得麦哲伦项目持续的高品质，必要时，行使拒绝权,拒绝研发,生产,运输和接收的放行。"

5.Develop,establish, maintain and optimize a consistent global QMS together with the process owner, including requirements and in alignment with the Siemens Process Framework. Ensure that siemens requirements and the roles and responsibilities of Siemens QM are fulfilled. /和流程负责人一起开发,建立和维护,并优化统一的全球质量体系。保证符合西门子要求，保证符合西门子质量角色和质量管理的职责。

6.Internal auditor/内审员

--Check whether SSMR quality regulations are compliance with the standards, regulations and Siemens MED QRs. /检查SSMR的质量规定是否符合相关标准,法规和西门子医疗质量规定。

--Performed the audits as planed to check whether the SSMR quality regulations are followed effectively/按计划执行内审,检查SSMR质量规定是否有效地实施。

-- Work together with process owner for the CAPA. /和流程负责人一起制定纠正预防措施。

--Verify the CAPA for the non-compliance findings. /验证不符合项的纠正预防措施。

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1.Good procedure & standards understanding (ISO9001, ISO13485, QSR, etc.)/程序和标准的理解

2.quality assurance know -how, process FMEA
