Job Description
1 New package and substrate design/layout for SIP.
2 Co-work with assembly subcontractor for substrate/bonding/bumping/assembly related issue.
3 Work with ASIC designer to well understand the requirements of package/substrate design, and provide proper package/substrate solutions.
4 Production assembly yield maintenance and yield improvement.
5 Documentation all developing SPEC such as DFMEA/process Flow /control plan/ECN/release report.
Requirement:
1 Well understand substrate design rule, package design, materials, equipment, systems, qualification flow and procedure.
2 bachelor degree or above, major in semiconductor /mechanical /material or related.
3 minimum 3 years experience in substrate and package design.
4 familiar with semiconductor product knowledge /semiconductor process knowledge /APQP, FMEA knowledge.
