Responsibility:
？ Own department continuously improvement, communicate and coordinate with other Dept.
？ ISO14001 system implementation guidance and documents preparation
？ ISO9001 system maintenance and continuous improvement
？ Manage IQC/IPQC/OQC
？ Manage equipment calibration and document control
？ FAI inspection management
？ Other job(e.g.: customer audit, external communication)

Requirements:
1. 模具结构，检测，几何公差与图纸阅读
2. 良好的英文沟通能力
3. 熟悉品质管理系统及ISO体系
4. 熟悉品质管理运作
5. 熟悉模具制造流程
6. 熟悉测量技术
7. 需要管理30-35人的团队
8. 需要对下属进行工作安排/绩效评估及协调.
9. 需要对公司系统进行管理,
10. 需要参加公司管理.

？ Mold structure, measurement, geometry tolerance a
？ Good communication in English
？ Familiar with Quality management system and ISO system.
？ Familiar with Quality management operation.
？ Familiar with mold manufacture process.
？ Familiar with measurement skill .
？ Need to manage 30-35members' team.
？ Need to arrange team members' work, make evaluation and coordination.
？ Need to manage the whole quality system.
？ Need to participate in company management.
