Qualification requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in manufacturing or industrial engineering or related disciplines

2. Minimum 3 years engineering experience in packaging manufacturing environment.

3. Extensive knowledge of packaging materials related to paperboard, corrugated, molded pulp, EPS, Clamshell, and packaging equipment.

4. Familiar with ASTM / ISTA package testing requirements

5. Working knowledge of software tools such as TOPS & Solidworks. and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

6. Must be a team player with strong organizational and communication skills

7. Written and oral fluency in English and Mandarin, communicate with USA office

Duties:

1. Support packaging development programs for new and existing products.

2. Support engineering change requirements for current packaging designs.

3. Generate and manage all packaging related documentation including specifications, test plans, and reports.

4. Work with suppliers to establish partnerships to incorporate their expertise in the development of new advances in design, materials, and processes.

5. Manage multiple packaging projects simultaneously.

6. Ability to work with supply chain to develop and produce product that meets distribution requirements.

7. Drive packaging cost reduction initiatives from concept through completion.
