Responsibilities

1. Preparation summaries on RMA, quality and customer satisfaction data and information.

2. Monitor and follow up with supplier/internal on RMA units and react to supplier/EMS low efficiency situations.

3. Conduct failure verification and analysis of product/components returned by the customer. (Both cosmetics and functionality)

4. Deal with customer service team members on the product quality issues

5. RMA traceability record control

6.check the records completeness for QA everywhere
