Qualification:
- Diploma in mechanical or Electronics Engineering related filed.

大专学历，机械、电子工程相关专业
- Minimum 3 years related working experience. (Medical equipment related is preferred)

至少3年相关工作经验（医疗行业优先）
- Familiar with ISO9001, 13485 criteria for medical product is preferred.

熟悉ISO9001:13485优先考虑
- Familiar with using software like M.IE, Microsoft Office, Auto-cad etc.

熟练使用办公软件
- Good communication skill and able to communicate in Chinese & English is preferred

Key Responsibility:

- Processing RMA, quality and customer satisfaction data and information.

退货、品质、客户满意等相关资料处理

- Monitor and follow up with supplier/internal on RMA units and react to supplier/EMS low efficiency situations.

监督供应商，督促他们提高效率

- Conduct failure verification and analysis of product/components returned by the customer. (Both cosmetics and functionality)

处理不良品，分析相关退货原因

- Deal with customer service team members on the product quality issues

处理产品质量售后服务

- RMA traceability record control.

授权维修记录保管

- Engineering Documentation processing and archiving.

工程文件处理和归档

- Product Life-cycle Management and implementation.
