Responsibilities职责：
1. Monitor supplier quality improvement and fail material analysis督导供应商品质改善及不良物料的分析
2. performing supplier audits; maintaining audit schedule.计划并执行供应商审核
3. on-site inspection related activities驻厂检查相关行动的安排，执行
4. part of the supplier qualification, validation, and implementation team.参与对供应商的开发，评审和纳入.
5. Deal customer and manufacture feedback material issue, implement root cause analyze and corrective and preventive action.处理客户、生产反应的来料问题的根本原因分析及采取相应的措施。
6. Formulate all kinds of inspection work instruction and document related to incoming inspection , provide homologous engineered technical support and training . 制定各种与来料品质相关的检验标准和文件，并提供相应的工程技术支持和培训。
7. Responsible for material receiving inspection quality assurance and shipping inspection recheck.负责公司来料检查的品质保证及出货检查的再确认。
8. Assist supervisor deal SA provides parts quality improvement and MRB material review.协助主管对美国物料的品质改善与MRB物料评审的进行。
9. Assist supervisor manage quality department, such as work ratio, morale.协助主管对本部门进行管理，如员工效率与士气。
10. Other tasks assigned by supervisor.上司安排的其他工作内容

Requirement岗位要求
1. Related major colleague education or above, can read and write English.相关行业大专以上学历；具有英语的读，写能力.
2. Above 6 years supplier/incoming quality work experience at related position.6年以上SQE,IQC品质工程师相关岗位工作经验
3. Be familiar with ISO9000 Quality management system and the implemented procedure in factory. Be familiar with the use of the Quality management tool and method, familiar with office software. Can independent work out various quality reports.熟悉ISO9000质量管理体系；了解ISO9000质量体系在企业的运作方法；了解产品工艺流程；熟悉运用质量管理工具及方法；熟练使用办公软件；能独立制作各类品质报告
4. Be responsible, serious and careful in the work, have strong ability to analyze and resolve the problems.工作认真负责，严谨细致，有较强的分析解决问题能力
5. Willing for operation and good team work . 良好的动手能力及书面表达能力和团队协作精神.
6. Experience with sheet metal and plastic preferred. 有钣金厂，塑胶厂工程师工作经验者优先。
