Responsibilities: 工作职责

1. 及时有效地跟进客退不良品及改善对策的系统更新。Timely and effectively update and follow up the RGA system and CAR system in extreme.
2. 对本部门质量管理体系文件进行翻译，修订及日常管理.推动相关体系文件在本部门及其他部门的实施与维护。Translate revise and routine the quality management documents. Drive related system document implemention on quality and other department.
3. 对来料品质记录，制程不良记录及出货检查记录进行归档及日常管理。日报，月报，不良物料处理等相关数椐的汇集及管理。Record and routine manage the incoming quality record, process defect record. Collect related data to generate the daily report , monthly report and MRB report
4. 负责电子板，线材的品质保征及出货检查的再确认。Responsibility for Quality Assurance of the electric board and wires. Responsibility for the Finical quality inspection reconfirmation
5. 协肋主管对美国物料的品质改善与MRB 物料评审的进行。Assist the Quality supervisor for the SA material improvement and conducting MRB to handle the nonconformance material
6. 协助主管对本部门进行管理，如员工效率与士气。Assist the quality supervisor to monitor the department, especially for work efficiency and encourage morale .
7. 其他上级主管交代的任务Other duties as needed and assigned.

Requirements要求
1. 相关专业大专以上学历；具有英语的读，写能力. Technical school , Colleague education or above , can read and write English .
2. 2年以上质量相关岗位工作经验；2 year Quality work experience .
3. 熟悉ISO9000质量管理体系；了解ISO9000质量体系在企业的运作方法；了解产品工艺流程；熟悉运用质量管理工具及方法；具有一定的质量数据的分析能力；Be familiar with ISO9000 Quality management system and the implemented procedure in Factory, understand the Quality management tool and method , familiar with office software .
4. 熟悉办公软件的应用，能独立运用word,excel 等制作各类品质报表；Good in MS especial in work Excel. Can work out various quality report independently.
5. 工作认真负责，严谨细致，有较强的分析解决问题能力；Be responsible and conscientious, serious and carful in the work , have strong ability to analyse and resolve the problems .
6. 良好的动手能力及书面表达能力和团队协作精神. Willing for operation and good team work .
