岗位要求
1、商务、市场等相关专业本科及以上学历，形象气质佳；
2、五年以上房地产市场、公关或拓展工作经验；
3、 精通商务谈判、商务礼仪等知识，熟悉管理、法律知识。知识结构较全面，能够迅速开展与公司业务有关的工作；
4、具有丰富的社会经验和极强的政府公关能力，有高层政府关系背景及资格者为佳；
5、 良好的组织协调、谈判、决策、分析判断能力，较强的语言、文字表达能力；
6、能适应短期出差，有驾照者优先。
