职位描述
Key Responsibilities
? Continually monitor, test, and analyse the customer satisfaction
? Implement Customer Care Programme in line with PCN requirements
? Transfer quantitative and qualitative customer data into CRM recommendations (e.g. events or campaigns)
? Plan and assist local customer/prospect care campaigns
? Preparing market and target groups studies and surveys
? Work closely with all departments on customer loyalty incidents
? Implementation and maintenance of the Porsche CRM system (C@P) on dealership level.
? Check and monitor data quality of C@P; check usage of users.
? Provide campaign, activity and event reports based on data in C@P
? Pursue, encourage, comply and exceed all standards, procedures and guidelines by Porsche /Porsche China
? Regular monitoring, analysing and enhancing of all established work related processes according
to Porsche / Porsche China regulations
? Attend all relevant trainings provided by Porsche China
? Report directly to the Marketing Manager/General Manager in daily business-related issues
Attributes
? Ideally 2-3 years working experience in the marketing/event area or in a similar position
? Minimum college degree; Bachelor degree preferred
? Excellent communication skills in Chinese, basic level of English is required
? Understanding and imposing Porsche corporate philosophy, image and identity
? Be a representative ("ambassador") of the Porsche brand in all customer contacts and other aspects
? Enthusiasm for Porsche products and services
? Honest and reliable personality
? Well-groomed appearance
? Self-motivated
? Proven decision making ability
? Assertiveness & excellent organizational skills
? Empathy for customers
? Ability to work independently as well as in teams
