？ To develop maintenance procedures/WI/SOP according to the department function and objectives.
？ Responsible for inspect and preventive maintenance of plant machine. Lead maintenance technician / contractors to conduct routine equipment inspections, maintenance.
？ To plan and manage spare parts, provide assistance to procurement, and keep these spare parts in good condition.
？ To develop a training program including on-job-training and implement the program to ensure the technician including contractors who work in maintenance area have received enough competence and HSSE training required.
？ Be involved or lead modification and projects as needed. Ensure projects meet HSSE expectation such as MOC, relevant regulations and standard, and project objectives.
？ Continually look for ways to improve the equipment efficiency with cost effective manner.
？ Identify, quantify and implement opportunities that will improve overall equipment reliability and performance.
Ensure fully meet company HSSE, ISO9001 and ISO14000 and TS16949 expectation.
？ Undertake analysis of plant downtime and machine performance data and in conjunction with the production and maintenance teams.
