Main Goals:
1\Drive best practice to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations particularly with respect to VAT, customs and foreign exchange etc and ensure the risk is properly controlled;
2\Create and execute financial process and allocate suitable resources and manpower in order to maximize the return of the company
3\Provide timely and accurate financial reports and analysis with high quality
4\Be a strategic business partner for CFO of U.S. parent, VP of APAC and other senior managers in the company to drive the growth of the company
5\Train and develop each member of Shenzhen accounting team

Core Responsibilities:
1\Manage the accounting department and ensure timely preparation of monthly financial reporting packages on both a Chinese and US GAAP basis;
2\Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual corporation tax, VAT, and other tax filings[
3\Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations particularly with respect to VAT, customs and foreign exchange
4\Generate accurate and timely financial reports that comply with Company accounting policies and procedures and that will be relied upon to manage the business, including balance sheet, cash flow statement and profit and loss statement
5\Serve as key stakeholder and expert user of NetSuite ERP system;
6\Monitor working capital and capital spending in accordance with directives and policies of U.S. parent
7\Provide financial leadership and analysis for key strategic projects, along with monthly analysis of company results
8\Coordinate annual financial statement audit
9\Actively participate in staff decisions and serve as a key advisor to the VP-APAC and senior facility staff
10\Focus on the development of each member of the Shenzhen accounting team


Qualifications/Requirements:

1\Bachelor degree or above and fully qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent with previous financial control and management reporting experiences
2\Minimum 10 years relevant experiences preferably gained in international manufacturing companies with factory in China
3\Solid experiences and in-depth knowledge of Chinese tax, currency and customs regulations, US and China financial reporting, risk and cost control
4\Solid knowledge of internal control procedures and ability to document and monitor compliance
5\A personal producer with outstanding Excel skills along with experiences in NetSuite and Youngyou or Kingdee
6\Exhibit excellent attention to detail and organization, good judgement showing logical decision making, and a hands on approach
7\An effective team leader with excellent analytical, problem-solving, report-writing, presentation and interpersonal skills
8\Ability to work in a fast paced, lean environment with strong sense of integrity, result-oriented, capable of working under tight deadlines and high self-initiatives
9\Prior experience with U.S. or Western European company or subsidiary strongly preferred
10\Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese

公司福利：

5. 生产线人员底薪不低于2620元/月，5 天8小时工作制，工作日加班1.5倍工资，周末加班2倍工资，法定节假日加班3倍工资；
6. 生产人员上夜班，补贴40元/晚 (30元津贴+10元夜宵津贴)，半月调班一次
