Job description

Shipping Clerk :

_ Check delivery dates with suppliers prior to order confirmed

与供应商确认订单交货日期

_ Once order confirmed, monitor schedule with supplier

订单确认后，与供应商协调，跟进生产出货计划

_ Alert NY HQ if any delay and what is the issue (component, labor, other)

如果延误应提醒纽约总部告知原因（材料，人工，其他）

_ Make sure data are entered in Audiovox POET system properly

确保公司系统数据输入正确

_ Follow up spare parts requirements, order and shipments

跟进备品的相关要求以及订单、出货事宜

_ Follow up return to vendors and shipment back to US after repair.

跟进返修机退回供应商以及修理后返回美国的相关事宜

_ Help with vessel booking (boat or air freight)

帮助订舱（船或航空）

_ Keep record of shipment.

做好船务记录

_ Check shipping documents for the suppliers

检查供应商的船务文件

_ Follow up necessary documents/information which ask from NY HQ.

跟进来自纽约总部的必要文件/信息，。

_ Updated order status

更新订单状态。

_ Send Shipping Advice, make SA record and key in SA data

岗位要求：

1、 大专以上学历

2、 两年以上船务经验以及两年以上工厂跟单经验

3、 英语熟练
