JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

? Manage quality team, drive team on objectives and targets, train QC to meet quality criteria. Permanently deploy QC to vendors and suppliers according to needs and priorities
? Implement defect book together with other departments to be broadcast internally and externally
? Coordinate with quality team to maintain and improve our quality and management system to ensure compliance with the regulations of ISO standard/BSCI and Disney FAMA and meet company’s environmental and economic goals
? To investigate production defects and perform product failure analysis with immediate corrective actions and provide advices and recommendations for continuous quality improvement.
? Involve all quality issues; work with the teams of the merchandising, material sourcing and production to solve all QA and QC matters, monitoring the results of internal routine test and external lab test progress.
? Communicate with different teams to develop the best practices and policies on quality system and align with all departments through implementation of suitable tools such as internal audits, education, training, precaution measures, corrective action plans etc.
? To deal with supplier / vendors on quality standard and improvement in product quality, giving advice to suppliers and vendors regarding project’s technical and perform project evaluation.
? Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS
? Degree Holder in Quality Management / Engineering or related disciplines
? A minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in toy manufacturing, of which 3 years in supervisory capacity
? Knowledge in ISO/Quality statistics or standards commonly employed in the manufacturing sector.
? Strong leadership, planning, problem solving and analytical skills with proactive and result-oriented personality
? Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation
? Good command of both spoken and written English is a must.

?执行其他临时交办的任务

职位要求
?大专以上学历
?至少5年的玩具，生活用品或工艺品制造业相关工作经验，其中3年以上的管理经验
?有ISO /质量统计或在制造业普遍采用的标准经验。
?强有力的领导，规划，分析和解决问题的能力有积极的和结果导向
?良好的人际关系，沟通，演示
?良好的英语口语和书面英语为佳。
