职位描述:

【岗位职责 】

1、负责外贸业务员及销售经理的文件，信件，函电的接收与转达；
2、沟通能力强，开发维护跟进新老客户；
3、负责跟进订单；
4、负责外贸进出口船务流程操作；
9、L/C的审核、制单、交单、报关等；
10、负责拖车、船务文件及单证的制作、核对；
11、负责样板快递运费对比核算，选用最合理的出货方式；
12、 上级交办的其他工作。
任职资格

1、国际贸易相关专业，英语四级以上，专科及以上学历；

2、英语口语熟练，书面写作流利，熟悉外贸业务的整个流程；
3、书面英语表达能力较强，口语能与外国客户直接交流，熟悉商务英语函件的运用；
3、熟悉外贸业务平台及相关操作技巧，能与供应商熟练沟通；
4、具备较强的市场分析、营销、推广能力和良好的人际沟通、协调能力，分析和解决问题的能力；
5、有强烈的责任心，沟通、表达、接受能力及说服能力强，有很强的抗压能力，具有团队合作精神。
