职位描述
岗位职责：
1、男女不限，中专及以上学历，3-5年以上印刷行业工作经验；
2、熟悉生产过程和生产物料，负责生产工艺的规范，提升，监督，检查及指导；
3、配合新工艺、新产品的开发和打样，并制定相应工艺作业标准，会下工程单，必须熟悉工艺；
4、建立相关预警机制，及时分析并提出可行性解决方案；
5、熟知印前、印中、印后工艺流程，熟悉书本、杂志、精装书等商务印刷的工艺技术；
6、有较强的动手能力，工作责任心强，积极主动，能够承受工作压力。
