- 负责销售团队建设和日常工作管理，带领团队完成达成业绩目标；
- 承担团队成员的业务/流程培训，及工作辅导、提携；

- 负责解决重要客户的投诉以及异议的处理；
- 负责大客户的定期跟踪回访以及整体方案的制定；
- 负责团队应收账款的管理以及所属团队的成本控制；
- 负责分析CRM数据及管理报表；
- 承担内外部沟通协调工作，及其他内部控制工作等。

任职要求：
- 大学本科及以上学历；
- 有2年销售或市场管理经验，有国内外知名企业或外资背景公司工作经历优先；

- 有项目实操经验的优先；
- 有良好的组织管理、协调能力及人际沟通能力；
- 思维敏捷，逻辑能力和数据分析能力强；
- 积极主动，乐于在挑战性强、节奏快的环境下工作，有较高的职业素养、责任心和团队合作意识；

- 能熟练使用各种办公软件；
