Job Purposes:

The primary purpose of the position is to design, develop and execute a variety of organizational effectiveness classes, instructor-led and online programs and organizational development initiatives. In addition, the individual will coach employees to become more effective in their jobs, evaluate outcomes, conduct research trends and best practices.

Responsibilities :

1. Work with a variety of VPs, HODs and other members of the team to analyze, design and delivery of learning that is aligned to the strategic business needs.

2. Develop curriculum and ensure all materials are kept up-to-date.

3. Coordinate and execute all training related logistics arrangement.

4. Ensure all training plans are executed in according to the schedule and cost-effective.

5. Evaluate the results and effects of training projects, formulate and execute follow-up actions and provide analysis reports to the management.

6. Provide first class service to all internal and external customers.

7. Lead or support all other ad hoc training projects.

Requirements

Bachelor degree in any discipline

Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience.

Able to conduct training session independently and effectively

Able to manage multiple, high visibility projects simultaneously

Positive attitude and initiative

Action and achievement oriented

Travel to other regions is required
