Role
Reporting strategically to the Global Quality Manager and daily to the ISZ General Manager, the Quality Manager ensures that the product or service is fit for purpose, is consistent and meets both external and internal requirements. This includes legal compliance and customer expectations as well as coordinating the activities required to comply with quality standards.
Monitoring and advising on the performance of the quality management system, produce data and report on performance, measuring against set standards.
Liaising with other managers and staff throughout the organisation to ensure that the quality system is functioning properly. Where appropriate, the Quality Manager advises on quality standard changes and their implementation and provides training, tools and techniques to enable others to meet / comply with the appropriate quality standards.


Job duties
1. Assist the Global Quality Manager in establishing, implementing and maintaining the ISZ quality management system and health and safety policy.
2. Responsible for Quality System Maintenance.
3. Assist the Global Quality Manager in establishing, implementing and maintaining a quality plan, policies and procedures to bring ISZ’s quality systems and policies into compliance with quality systems requirements.
4. Root cause analysis and implementation of corrective action for process related concerns.
5. Responsible for continual improvement activities to enhance the quality system, such as 5S, Kaizen lean methods, etc.
6. Promote quality achievement and improvement by identifying, developing and implementing training to build quality awareness.
7. Effectively interface with Engineering, Operations and Purchasing to maintain product supply and ensure transfer to Production of new products are in accordance with approved data.
8. Support the Quality Inspectors to ensure that products and processes comply with the relevant requirements of the quality management system.
9. Conduct audits, including closing out audit findings, creating audits finding reports and determine proper corrective and preventive actions.
10. Reviewing customer requirements, specifications and standards, establish and maintain procedures and controls, ensuring that they are met.
11. Analyse failure, corrective and preventive action to respond to customer complaints.
12. Create and maintain company quality documentation, such as quality manuals, quality procedures, quality standards, quality KPI’s etc.
13. Establish and set QA compliance objectives and ensure that targets are achieved.
14. Responsible for planning, organizing and managing the overall activities of receiving / outgoing quality functions.
15. Establishing and continuously improving QA receiving inspection process and procedures.
16. Provide support to Purchasing to establish quality requirements, monitor and manage suppliers’ performance and conduct supplier audits as required.
17. Ensure timely resolution of supplier failure, corrective actions and preventive actions.
18. Performance monitoring, gathering relevant data and produce timely QA reports.

Requirements
1. Industrial engineering degree holder or any other academic disciplines related to industrial quality assurance;
2. At least 5 years of solid QA experience, preferably gained in foreign invested SMT or PCBA manufacturing plant;
3. Well versed in 5S, ISO 9001, TQM, 8D problem resolution process, Lean management, etc;
4. Fluent verbal and written English is a pre-requisite (subject to English test and final interview with UK management on Skype);

In2tec Electronics (Shenzhen) Co., Limited, an air-conditioned subsidiary factory of In2tec Ltd in UK and conveniently located in Guanlan, Shenzhen, specializes in quality membrane switch manufacturing and PCB assembly.
Working time is 8 hours a day and 5 days a week with meal and accommodations allowance (except for dormitory room assigned). Pension, labor insurance and remuneration strictly according to the labor ordinances in force or better.
