职位描述
Job Duties:
- Product Strategy
Lead some products marketing projects
Assist marketing manager to implement new product development & launch campaign with Principal
Work on the product development process. Initiate development of new/re-launched products in response to market / customers needs
- Customer and Competitor Insight/Research
Set clear research objectives and requirements to support category brand objectives. Develop a solid understanding of research methodologies, objectives and business issues
Identify market / customer needs and preference based on market research data
Identify product positioning against target consumers and develop promotional plan
- Cooperate with Sales
Work with sales teams to develop and implement the sales operating process
Monitor product in-market performance, responsible for sales tracking, and response swiftly
- Training and Develop Sales / Engineering Team
Develop and arrange product training plan with Principal
Job Requirements:
- Education Background
Bachelor preferably in Electronics Engineering or related
- Working Experience
At least two years relevant experience in semiconductor industry
- Skill , Language & Personality
Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
Good Knowledge in Excel & Power Point
Good command in English & Cantonese
Self-initiative, proactive, drive to success and able to work under pressure
