BASIC PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
-Welding Process development, continuous improvement and project support

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
-Defines and implements steps to test and improve the reliabilities of individual operations in whole welding processes
-Providing welding procedure development, welding technique for TIG, MIG, and other welding processes for aluminium, stainless steel and Steel etc.
-Develops new technique to improve manufacturing processes of welding
-Prepare procedure and work instruction on new and current welding process
-Provide ideas and design relevant jig and fixtures for welding
-Welding operation and welding technical support online.

Dimensions / Scope
-Technical solution and process improvement for metal welding
-Welding operation online and the deputy of the welding coordinator.

Interaction / Relationship
-Internal: Production/PMC/Quality/Sales/Purchasing/Sourcing
-External: Supplier/Customer

Education, Qualification and training
-IWS(International Welding Specialist/国际焊接技师) or IWE(International Welding Engineer/国际焊接工程师) is a must.


Experience or skills required
-Willing to work in production line.
-Have quick learning skills and good faithfulness
-Excellent skill in commitment to result and time oriented.
-Strong communication, leadership and team work capability.
-Familiar with EN15085 and AWS
-English written and speaking capability is preferred.
-Should have the basic information security risk identification and judgment.

Specialised knowledge or skills required
-AutoCAD software;
-English level min. level 4
