Key Accountabilities:
-Support Sr. Program Manager overall in charge of customer service and satisfaction. Plan and direct program schedules and budgets with Sr. Program Manager, plus handle related reporting.
-Work across the functions tracking completion of all commitments made relative to new product development timelines, quality target setting and the required business metrics.
-Manage the coordination of product life cycle activities e.g. ECO with P&L and customer satisfaction.
-Work as the key channel of communication between customer and local department as well as headquarter to track and solve problem.
-Monitor and track customer order deliverables to meet both customer requirement and factory confirmation, e.g. components delivery status, material on hand level and production process.
-Components and FG inventory reporting to balance demand and stock level.
-Support Sr. Program Manager for projects, costs and other customer related matters.

Required Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in engineering or supply chain management.
-5 years or above experiences in electronic manufacturing or related industry.
-ERP system e.g. QAD, SAP experience is an advantage, with capability to learn new system.
-Excellent command of English skill (CET4 or above) and Mandarin is must, Cantonese is plus.
-Excellent data analytical, communication & interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively.
-Good at different formats of reports & presentations making.
-Familiar with production planning, materials controlling, NPI and engineering change tracking.
-Ability to work in an environment that embraces cross-functional collaborative team.
-Able to work independently and willingly to take new challenges.
