职位描述
岗位职责
1、协助采购经理进行采购、商务方面的工作;
2、通过各种渠道搜集供应商信息,整理供应商资料并有效分类管理。
3、有效推介公司,与供应商就项目及商务问题进行沟通、谈判并跟踪订单的生产情况;
4、有效处理采购项目端到端过程中的各种问题;
5、完成首席执行官安排的相关事务。
任职资格
1、大学本科及以上学历,通信、电子、国际贸易类专业优先;
2、2年以上通信终端行业相关领域工作经验,有海外运营商合作经验优先;
3、良好的英语听说读写能力,通过大学英语4级以上,能熟练使用英语进行商务谈判,邮件沟通等;
4、有手机方案公司、集成公司的商务、采购经验优先;
5、对工作计划性条理性较好,效率高;能适应出差要求;
6、爱岗敬业,乐于奋斗、有良好的团队合作精神;工作认真细致,积极进取,善于学习与创新;
7、较强的口头表达能力及人际沟通技巧;良好的业务洽谈能力;较强的分析、应变能力和处理问题的能力;
8、熟练使用计算机。
Job Responsibility
1. Assist Commercial Manager in purchase and commercial work;
2. To search and collect vendors’ information, organize and manage venders’ info. in category。
3. Effectively promote our company to vendors, communicate and negotiate with venders for commercial and business issues during project. Track orders’ production;
4. Deal effectively with a variety of issues during the purchase project.
5. Finish the arrangements related matter from the Chief Commercial Officer.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above. Major in Telecommunication, electronics, international trade will be preferred.
2. Not less than 2 years working experience in terminal industry and related with foreign operators experience will be preferred.
3. Good English reading/writing/listening/speaking skills, passed CET 4 or above, fluently use English for business negotiations, e-mail communication, etc.;
4. With commercial and purchasing experience in mobile solution and integrating will be preferred.
5. With good working plan and high efficiency, be able to make business trip.
6. Dedication, willing to fight, and a good team spirit; work carefully and proactively, good at learning and innovation;
7. Strong verbal communication skills and interpersonal communication skills; good business negotiation capabilities; strong analytical, adaptability and skills of solving problem.
