Job Responsibilities:

• Direct and manage project development from beginning to end
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management, stakeholders, and company enterprise project leaders
• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
• Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis
• Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals
• Where/when required, negotiate with other department managers for the acquisition of required personnel from within the Company
• Determine and assess the need for additional associate and/or consultants
• Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel
• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
• Track project milestones and deliverables
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks and devise contingency plans
• Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work
• Conduct project correction of errors meetings and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements
• Contribute to best practices and tools used by Company's associates.

Job Requirements:

• Understand and able to apply ISDLC methodologies
• Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Flexible during times of change
• Strong English written and oral communication skills
• Strong English business requirements writing/documentation skills
• Ability to learn, understand and apply new technologies
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute task in a high-pressure environment
• Extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of Project Management methodologies and tools (e.g. Microsoft Project, etc.)
• Extensive knowledge and expertise in the use Microsoft Office tools
• Understanding of human resources policies and practices and change management techniques
• Experience in an Agile environment a plus but not required
